I became a sexual addiction coach because that’s who I needed when I was younger. Because I look around and see the lack of resources for young women around pornography addiction, lust, and other unwanted cycles and habits. I believe in hope-filled, freedom-focused coaching that centers around creating an effective plan to move towards recovery, starting and staying at the feet of Jesus. I believe that you can step out of shame, isolation, and addiction and run into the loving arms of a Father who heals, restores, and deeply loves you.

I offer individual coaching sessions catered to you and your story. This is not psychotherapy or clinical mental health counseling.

I will help you create a recovery plan, a set of goals and boundaries around your addiction, to help you move forward in hope and freedom! This will be both spiritual and practical guidance!

Each individual session is $45 for 50 minutes! Our initial discovery call is free!

Individual coaching sessions are for college-aged women, 18-25, only. You do not have to be in school currently, just in that age range!
