Hope is here.
1. Book a breakthrough call.A breakthrough call is you and me, talking about where you’re at and where you want to be. You’ll leave with one concrete next step regardless of whether or not coaching is for you.
2. Create a plan for getting unstuck.Together, we will create a plan for you to get unstuck made up of specific steps towards recovery.
3. Execute the plan together. We will walk through this plan together! We’ll reassess as needed, focusing on what is working and how you can continue to move forward in freedom.
I became a sexual addiction coach because that’s who I needed when I was younger. Because I look around and see the lack of resources for young women around pornography addiction, lust, and other unwanted cycles and habits. I believe in hope-filled, freedom-focused coaching that centers around helping you to create an effective plan to move towards recovery, starting and staying at the feet of Jesus. I believe that you can step out of shame, isolation, and addiction and run into the loving arms of a Father who heals, restores, and deeply loves you.
